  • Introduce yourself. Where are you in life? 
Hi, my name is alina, and currently, before this term, I had absolutely zero clues of what I was doing with my life, so that when I decided to go into business because I think it a good foundation. An currently my life consists of work and school.
  • What prompted you to enroll in this course?
Business seems very interesting to me which is why I recently decide to major in it.
  • Are you a business/marketing major?
Yes.
  • What are you most interested in learning about marketing? Tell why.
I find it very interesting how random things like to attract consumers, for example, the color yellow and red (Mcdonalds) make you hungrier
  • Tell us something you are passionate about outside of college (e.g. I'm trying to be a long-distance runner, natural sprinter. Signed up to do my first half-marathon in Corvallis (hopefully in October), have participated in two Hood-to-Coast relays in the last few years, and looking to do the Wild Rogue next. I have played sports since I can remember, and I still play on many sports teams within the community. And cryptocurrency is a year-round obsession, whether I'm playing or traveling for enjoyment. I am always checking the numbers!)
I really enjoy swimming, my favorite stroke is breaststroke. I also loveee fashion and thrifting. my favorite part about thrifting is that you never know what your gonna find. I love finding random pieces and putting them together to make epic outfits.

1. I chose Amazon for my company. The reason picked it, is because of how crazy in popularity it is. I want to know why that is. I always hear people say they love how fast and easy Amazon is, but hate it because it makes it difficult to stop ordering on there and supporting Jeff Bezos, who is not very liked amongst most people I've talked about this with. 2.  Since it targets a variety of consumers in various countries, a business like Amazon has many value propositions.
